Location shines, but rooms disappoint

Enjoyed the central location that made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for nearby eateries.

Unfortunately, my room smelled musty and lacked a window, which dampened my experience. The pool was empty and seemed neglected, which was a letdown.

Consider requesting a room without mold issues, as some rooms can have lingering smells.

surprisingly, the pool was closed during my stay, and nobody bothered to mention it, absoluteley shocking. my room even reeked of mold and had no window, yet no one seemed to care! i almost thought of giving a good review, but the staff's incompetence really ruined my experience, i guess rules are only for the special guests.

This was just an appropriate option for an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City with good value for the price. I really enjoyed the cafe in the hotel where I had a fantastic hot bowl of pho. Make sure to check the pool's availability before arriving.
