Location shines, but rooms disappoint
Enjoyed the central location that made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for nearby eateries.
Unfortunately, my room smelled musty and lacked a window, which dampened my experience. The pool was empty and seemed neglected, which was a letdown.

surprisingly, the pool was closed during my stay, and nobody bothered to mention it, absoluteley shocking. my room even reeked of mold and had no window, yet no one seemed to care! i almost thought of giving a good review, but the staff's incompetence really ruined my experience, i guess rules are only for the special guests.

The location provides easy access to local attractions.
I faced significant difficulties with the room allocation upon check-in, which made the start of my stay quite stressful. Initially, I was shown a room that had a damp smell and no window, which was really disappointing. Even after switching rooms, I couldn't shake off the feeling of dissatisfaction as the overall experience didn't match the expected quality.

The advertised pool was essentially a large bathtub—empty and cluttered. Many facilities, like the gym, were closed during my visit, and the initial room allocation led to a musty, windowless experience. There were also some cleanliness concerns, particularly with mold in the bathroom and noise from the hall disrupting sleep.

This was just an appropriate option for an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City with good value for the price. I really enjoyed the cafe in the hotel where I had a fantastic hot bowl of pho. Make sure to check the pool's availability before arriving.

The location is quite handy for navigating the city, and the building has an appealing facade. However, the pool was disappointingly empty and cluttered, with an unused mattress visible. Service at the bar was slow, and although ordering food was straightforward, the wait times were longer than expected. On a positive note, the Hungarian beef stew was a highlight, bringing some much-needed satisfaction amidst the shortcomings.
